📦 Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

• During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended slightly.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

• We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the size of your order.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

🌎 Domestic & International Shipping

• We currently ship within the United States.

• International shipping is not available at this time (but stay tuned!).

📬 Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

❗Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days at lolaluxesoaps@gmail.com with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
