Please Note:

• All products are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality.

• Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on any soap or skincare items.

• If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at lolaluxesoaps@gmail.com with photos and order details. We’ll do our best to make it right.
